1. Who operates Popsie

Mattia Stangherlin, a natural person, developer and operator of the application.

Contact for users, reports and authorities: hello@popsieapp.com - this is also the single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

Popsie is distributed free of charge. The developer is declared as a non-trader on the app stores.

2. The Movie Database (TMDB)

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Movie and show entries, posters, backdrops, cast and crew data come from The Movie Database and are used in accordance with its API Terms of Use.

Rights in posters, images and promotional material belong to their respective owners (production companies and distributors). Popsie displays them for informational purposes and to identify titles.

3. JustWatch

Streaming availability information is provided by JustWatch through TMDB. It may be incomplete or out of date and is no guarantee of actual availability: the platform's own listing always prevails.

Streaming platform names and logos belong to their respective owners. Popsie is not affiliated with any of them.

4. YouTube

Trailers are played through the embedded YouTube player and their thumbnails are served by YouTube. Watching a trailer is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Popsie hosts and distributes no video.

5. Trademarks

All titles, trademarks, logos and trade names mentioned in the app belong to their respective owners. Their use in Popsie is purely descriptive and implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Third-party software

Popsie is built with free and open source software. The main components and their licences are listed below; the full dependency list is in the project's package.json.

7. Artificial intelligence

Popsie's AI chat uses a language model provided by Anthropic PBC. Replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. Details of the data processing are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Reporting a problem

To report illegal content, a copyright infringement or a malfunction, write to hello@popsieapp.com. Reports about user-posted content can also be sent straight from the app with the Report action. The full procedure is described in section 6 of the Terms of Service.
